Random thought - How much population does it take to build a mall? I would counter that there are more than 20+ condo buildings within a 10 minute walk to MLS that could support traffic for a bigger sized mall. The Yonge and Dundas area definitely did not have the population density to support...

Luna seems to be pretty well built. The interior shots looked much better than the ones I've seen at the other CityPlace buildings.

There is a serious need for grocery stores around the area. There is a Fresh and Wild near King and Spadina (is that too far away) and Sobeys near CityPlace?

That seems so far away from the city.. I can see this type of design working as part of Union Stn (since the station stretches for so long). The fingers need to be toned down though.
