A skyscraping new proposal for the east side of Yonge Street at Gerrard was the biggest newsmaker in July. The proposal, which calls for 73 and 62-storey towers joined by a podium as well as a skybridge at the 51st and 52nd floors, saw mostly positive reception from commenters, who praised the design and the incorporation of heritage structures at the base.
