Why, oh why cannot RoFo get that it is the Mayor's office, and as such is a publically funded space that he is allowed to conduct the business of the Mayor, and not for his personal use, unlike a private company. So much for transparency extended towards his "bosses" that have hired him for a temp job.

I have a feeling those people were his drug hook ups.
Did anyone catch CP24 trying to interview Ford on the street after the game? There was a guy next to him pushing the camera away. Was he the same guy that got into the cab? Who pushes cameras away? Not random dudes that just met the mayor. Maybe someone who knew him? Dealer perhaps? Not wanting to be on camera? This mystery guy was practically forcing Ford into the cab as if it was a kidnapping. That seems like something someone who knows someone else would do, not someone you just met. "Ford, hurry, let's get the fuck outta here". There's something fishy going on. Also, there was video of Ford on the phone inside ACC. Was he trying to get a hold of the guy he met outside? Also, these guys left before Ford from City Hall. Dealers don't want to stick around. They showed up together, they did the deal, and the two guys took off.

I'm pretty sure it was a random guy just trying to be a big shot.
 
I dunno about the rest of you, but that sure looks like a beer to me.

I guess we must ask--did the reporters ask the right questions? Did they specifically ask him if he was drinking beer on the weekend? Maybe he thought they meant pop. Or vodka.

Or maybe he was just in one of his drunken stupors and forgot he was drinking at all. You may all be perfect....

If you go back to the start of UT's "coverage" of Saturday night, you'll find another video posted multiple times where he's straight up holding a beer bottle. No question he was drinking.
 
The guy "escorting" Ford outside the ACC looks like he's trying to be a big shot by guiding Ford to a taxi. If you look at the video, he looks hammered himself, note the slow blinking, etc. Excellent choice of company, Mr. Mayor.

Actually that's my bad! I was following the story late, tired, and mistook a water bottle for a beer. That's why I was confused today that he could be claiming to have not been drinking---I thought he was caught on tape and the video had gone wide. Anyway, false alarm here. But that other pic with the pint looks legit...
 
He's a rockstar!

He's travelling the same road as Jimi Hendrix, Jim Morrision, Sid Vicious, Shannon Hoon, Keith Moon, Janis Joplin and plenty of other rockstars over the decades.

I'd love to know where Ford spent the night on Saturday/Sunday, or what time he arrived home. After being at Muzik, there's no reference to his whereabouts. I highly doubt he returned home. I wouldn't particularly care that much, but the whole going to Muzik for 15 minutes thing seems a little odd to me. Was he picking something up? Dropping something off? There's a lot more to the story of RoFo's Saturday night on the town than we know.

Does anyone know if guests to city hall, especially after hours, need to be signed in? The security at my office keeps a log of whoever comes and goes. When we were located in a different building, we had to show ID and sign in and out. This is also important because in the event the building needs to be evacuated, they need to know who they're looking for. I'd find it a little incredulous that people can just come and go at city hall in the wee hours of the morning without anyone knowing who they are.
 
In the photo on the left you can see someone standing next to Ford, cropped out. It's quite possible the beer and hand belongs to him.
