A Quick update. The expedia sign has been dismantled and scrapped, the other billboards on the east end of the site are still up, not sure if they are on this property or not, the building beside Strachan on the north west corner of the property now houses a kids museum so might be a few years...

From what I understand reading Steve Munro's blog. The ALRV's will be retired first as they are unreliable and expensive to maintain.
