Another month of Toronto city-building, transportation, and real estate talk is now behind us, so we are looking back at what were the hottest stories, most viewed project Database files, and buzziest Forum discussions from March, 2022.

Our Top Ten News Stories

Our Top Ten this month starts with #19 – a project many have been waiting to finally begin. The landmark One Delisle started making some moves and clearing its site recently, easing into the demolition of its first of four existing buildings that will need to be removed before the new tower can rise.

Our Top Ten Database Files

At #18 is Forma, which was announced just yesterday as the new name for the Mirvish+Gehry towers to be built down on King Street West. The news certainly sparked interest, with UrbanToronto readers taking a trip to its database file to see what all the fuss was about!

18. Forma

The rest of our Top Ten Database files feature many of the same projects we see at the top of the list on a monthly basis, although some of them have certainly been shuffled around a bit. This is of course with the exception of #10 – 320 Bay Modernization – and #8 – CIBC SQUARE – which both received lots of clicks after having stories written about them this past month. But we can't forget #5 – 888 Dupont – which found its way on our chart all on its own!
