I might be jumping the gun here, but a Toronto Star ad states that U Condos is now under construction. Even if it is not, it has already had its ground-breaking ceremony, and shoring & excavation should be starting within days.

I like that when this list was first started back in Jan 2010 the bottom building on the list was 405 ft tall, now the bottom building is 482. Just goes to show how the average height of the new buildings keeps creeping up.

Not just that, but when this list started, the 9th and 10th tallest buildings in the city were MLS and RBC Centre, both 186m. Now all our top 10 buildings are over 200m, #10 being the new Four Seasons (204m).

And we'll have 16 buildings over 200m by 2015.
