If they used a balcony glass akin to festival tower, things could have been different ... they would have stood out ... and that's the only redeeming feature here ... well and the orange strips, orange being the best colour ever : - )
 
Adding the last of the balcony glass.. Not sure if it looks better on an overcast day, or on a clear day? Head-scratcher..
