That's the plan, King to QQE. As the street (south of Front anyway) is being reconstructed it will be a full cycle track, not a 'lane'.

Any word on what's going into the retail level of the Berczy? At 55 Front? As I walk by it constantly I'm eager to see what will scoop up that prime retail space. I haven't seen any drywall or construction happening inside the main level, and they seem to be leaving it as one big space for the moment (allowing flexibility for different sized operations to go in? Or just hoping for one big store to take the whole lot?)

Fingers crossed it won't be a big box chain. But we'll see I guess!

Bank, tim hortons, starbucks, repeat....throw in a dry cleaner & nail salon here and there and this is what downtown Toronto will look like no matter what street you are on...
