just spotted this on Dundas East at Mutual, affixed to the fence of a former parking lot (now derelict). Did a double take because of the DECO logo.

Well, from a font perspective, at least someone sprang for Helvetica (or a good look-a-like) instead of Arial.

No balance or flow of text or objects, looks like a "cut and paste" job. The flag also has the wrong dimensions and object proportions.
