Sounds like it's pretty serious. To be honest, I was hoping to see him destroyed at the polls and then shortly after hauled off in handcuffs, fighting and being his belligerent self all the way along. What if cops really were investigating Rob for Smith's murder--do they still move forward trying to prove that if Rob's health issues are the worst case scenario?
 
I can see Doug being an even more destructive mayor than Rob was. He doesn't have the criminal associations (that we know of yet) but I think he's more likely to abuse his power and bully people. And he might be a bit better at convincing councillors to support his whacko agenda.

Justice does not, and should not be at the mercy of one's medical condition. At PMH you get to see prisoners escorted for their treatment occasionally. And "the lord wants you somewhere else"? Where? Ward 2?

I hear next week's ITO has some good stuff in it too. But now media will look mean spirited if they play it up.

I think the narrative that the media is mean-spirited is already in-grained to those inclined to vote for him. The rest of us can use some real information instead of insinuation of something vaguely terminal.

Frankly, the narrative should go beyond Rob and extend to his entire family - once a Ford, always a Ford.

I loved growing up in Ward 4, but waking up in Ward 2? No thanks.

Ward 2 is the FoFam fiefdom, but ( as far as I know ) none of them live there.

Actually, I did have some friends and good times in Ward 2. There are some nice streets.
