Congrats! I originally purchased it as an investment, I think I might keep it, I've yet to see a building nicer than this.

I think it's a great layout. You have the big walls for couches and (massive TV if you want). The space is smart and useable. I hate layouts with small tiny walls.

BTW, they said they are about 4 months ahead of schedule right now! WOOT!
