The benefits of living at The Residences at Bronte Lakeside in the summer will be endless according to Alliance United Corporation who intend to offer true resort-style living to the residents. Designed by IBI Group, the neo-modern, 203-suite condo will rise six storeys, offer a collection of unique retail at its base, and will be one of the final chances to live at one of the last lakefront locations in Oakville.

The Residences at Bronte Lakeside's uppermost level will boast a rooftop terrace with a spectacular view across Bronte Harbour to Lake Ontario to the south. The terrace will feature a fire pit surrounded by comfortable lounge seating, outdoor cabanas, and cozy nooks. Some of the residences will also feature their own private rooftop terraces overlooking the lake, given privacy by topiary screens.

To get away from it all, residents of Bronte Lakeside won't need to visit a cottage. The lakeshore is just steps from the building's doorstep, and Bronte Village – one of Ontario’s oldest lakeside communities – offers a charming setting, scattered with Muskoka chairs in a variety of colours, and features scenic waterfront trails, a boardwalk and pier, a harbour, parks, and a variety of quaint owner-operated galleries, in addition to numerous quaint shops and restaurants that line the streets.

Local restaurants include a plethora of options, many with inviting outdoor patios, all within a short walk.

Even the grocery stores offer a "Muskoka" feel, with the local Farm Boy offering a welcoming, canted wood beam entryway.

For residents interested in hitting the water in a motorboat sailboat or other watercraft, Bronte Harbour Yacht Club and the Bronte Outer Harbour and Marina that are both just steps from the building as well – not only offering boating opportunities, but also offering beautiful views for residents of Bronte Lakeside to watch the boats come in and out.

In the summer, residents will also have the convenience of a sand beach right next door to their home at Bronte Beach Park, and will be able to enjoy the sand and water without having the hassle of travelling.
In addition, Bronte Heritage Waterfront Park offers live entertainment every Thursday night throughout the summer months. Art in the Park is a fun activity that residents can participate in, taking place on Simcoe Day, as well as the Oakville Latino Festival taking place on the second weekend of August.

Alliance United intends that being a resident at Bronte Lakeside will truly embody living at a resort, with the building's amenities and the area's restaurants, Muskoka chairs throughout, marinas, parks, and a variety of entertainment opportunities. The development is expected to be completed sometime in 2025.
