Just steps from the shore of Oakville's Bronte Harbour, Alliance United Corporation is launching its flagship project, The Residences at Bronte Lakeside. A brand new company, Alliance is just that – an alliance of four industry professionals who have come together to develop their first project as a group. An intimate boutique luxury condo, The Residences at Bronte Lakeside is located at the intersection of Lakeshore and Bronte roads. Not only is the building a short jaunt away from the shore of Lake Ontario, but it is also just steps to Bronte Village, one of Ontario’s oldest lakeside communities. The village features scenic waterfront trails, a boardwalk and pier, a harbour, parks, and a variety of quaint owner-operated galleries, shops, and restaurants. 

The Residences at Bronte Lakeside will feature a range of suite layouts from one-bedroom to three-bedrooms, all of which will have a spacious balcony for residents to enjoy the outdoors. Every suite will also come prewired with SmartONE Technology, offering advanced options such as digital door lock, smoke and flood detectors, lighting control, programmable thermostat, and more. All of the functions can be controlled through a smart Integrated wall pad, or a smart phone.

In terms of building amenities, The Residences at Bronte Lakeside will feature a lobby lounge, designed by Patton Design Studio. A state-of-the-art tech lounge will feature a modern conference facility, while the fitness centre will offer cardio, aerobic, and weight equipment. A party room fitted with bar and private dining area will be ideal for hosting guests, while the fireside lounge or the social games room will be spaces for residents to socialize with neighbours and friends.

One of the most coveted amenities of the building will be its outdoor rooftop terrace, featuring a fire pit surrounded by comfortable lounge seating, outdoor cabanas, and cozy nooks overlooking the lake. Specific residences will also feature their own private rooftop terraces, separated by topiary bushes. 

The Residences at Bronte Lakeside will also come to be one of the most sustainable condos in Oakville – partnering with TRAK International, the building will use their customized HVAC Smart Energy System (SES) featuring GeoExchange technology to deliver heating and cooling while significantly reducing the building’s carbon footprint and overall operating costs.

Centrally located, the building will be a short ride away from Bronte GO station which will take residents into downtown Toronto in just over half an hour. Also not far is the QEW highway, which travels east-west from the Niagara region all the way to the City of Toronto. 

The Residences at Bronte Lakeside are expected to be completed sometime in 2025.
