Our annual Growth To Watch For series is back for another year, bigger, taller, and more comprehensive than ever before. Over the course of the year, we're bringing you to every significant development happening across the 416 and beyond into the Greater Toronto Area. We're covering everything from brand new proposals, to those inching their way through the planning process, to those already under construction or about to be completed.
A total of 25 reports will be available to subscribers throughout the year, with 17 previously released. (Details about how to get them can be found at the bottom of this article.) For a taste of what's offered in the 18th report, here's a sneak peek at the area highlighted.

Our Downtown North report picks up where and Church and Jarvis Corridors report left off, starting on Charles Street and covering the area from just west of Church Street to just west of Bay Street, and from the Bloor-Yorkville area in the north down to Gerrard Street in the south.
The area features predominantly high-rise developments, as we inch closer to the Downtown Core where the tallest and densest projects are unfolding. Wedged between two emerging height peaks at the Yonge-Gerrard and Yonge-Bloor intersections, the central stretch of Yonge Street running through this coverage area includes an increasingly long list of proposed and active tall developments like 95 St Joseph and The Clover on Yonge respectively.
New Growth to Watch For 2019 reports are being released on an ongoing basis, each covering a different section of the Greater Toronto Area. The series' upcoming 19th report will move west of Downtown, where more growth is unfolding.
Subscribers can get access to the complete existing and future reports for the year on our Growth to Watch For 2019 landing page. Subscribe today as a standalone subscription purchase for $199+tax, and you'll receive access to all 25 reports.
