We recently checked out the presentation centre for Plaza's Bijou on Bloor, a 12-storey, Quadrangle-designed condominium development coming to Toronto's Bloor West Village near Jane subway station. In our previous articles covering the repurposed retail space, we've looked at the overall presentation centre's features, as well as a closer look at the project's architectural scale model. Today, we're back to explore the suite interiors on display at the presentation centre.

Visitors to the space will find a selection of material finish package samples, as well as multiple kitchen and bathroom vignettes that help to show the material choices in context. The space contains three different kitchen designs as well as two bathrooms, where visitors can explore the various differences between finish packages ranging from colour to material.

The three kitchen vignettes differ in finish and layout, showing off a variety of options for purchasers. The kitchen vignette shown below features a black tile backsplash, warm wood finishes, and stainless steel appliances. Other vignettes show off features like centre kitchen islands and dark-coloured cabinetry.

A pair of bathroom models follow similar design themes, with the one pictured below offering a dark colour palette and features including his and hers sinks.
