Plaza is redeveloping of a block of Bloor Street that includes the Humber Cinema in Toronto's Bloor West Village near Jane subway station. Dubbed Bijou on Bloor, tThe 12-storey, Quadrangle-designed building is now being marketed, and a presentation centre recently opened at the west end of the development site with plenty to look at.

Housed in a re-purposed retail space, the presentation centre greets visitors with a reception desk and seating area with fireplace, leading into a main space containing multiple displays and room vignettes that offer up a taste of everything from the project's architecture, to suite interiors, to the views available to residents of the upcoming building.

At the heart of the space s an architectural scale model by Myles Burke, letting viewers explore all angles of the project for themselves. The model offers views of building elements not typically shown in renderings, including private terraces and important functional components like the garage entrance and its interaction with the public realm.

The model is surrounded by displays that include unit floorplans and building amenities, both visible in the image above. Other features include a full wall of suite finish samples, all with their own spin on the project's warm wood and stone interior aesthetic.

Displaying some of the available finishes, a number of kitchen and bathroom vignettes help to show the material choices in context. Visitors can check out a trio of different kitchen options as well as two bathrooms, showing the range of interior aesthetics available.
