Toronto Victory Condos | ?m | 12s | Lifetime | Wallman Architects

I saw the PH's rooftop patios from above today and they look huge. 10' ceilings, private rooftop terrace and a huge skylight (the staircase pop-up ins all glass) makes this MY personal favorite "dream condo" in the city. I think the price is fair. Does anyone know if there are any other private roof tops like this for sale?

Yes, the stone coping at the base I believe will only look good once the City dirt takes over. It should have been more smokey.

Construction tour update. Thanks to the BLVD/Lifetime people for the tour. And yes the tour took place a few weeks back when we still had snow on the ground.

One last look

Those last pics by Red Mars is where the new restaraunt by the guys from Nyood/Kultura is going to be - the sunken patio is quite large. Set to open in July.

I like how this is turning out, but I wish there was more of a step-back on the King side. Now there are a bunch of huge blank walls that will never be covered by anything. If only they could be painted with murals, or something...

I could see it being some decent ad space.
