Soma Chocolate (a la Distillery District) has opened up second shop beside Totum across the street from Victory Condos. Fantastic additional retail to King West!

Balcony dividers are completed.

The balcony dividers are made out of stucco and look quite good in person with it's darker tone. Much better than the typical glazing up to six feet look.
 
I'm disappointed by the base of this one. The light stone sticks out in a way that makes it look unfinished. Something like polished black granite would have looked better IMO. Also the fact that it doesn't align with anything to the left or right is awkward. Maybe it will look better when finished.
 
The building now has occupancy. The first purchaser moved in on the second floor today. They didnt seem too pleased to have to lug their stuff from Brant Street all the way to the back since the courtyard is not accessible by moving truck and the King Street entrance is not yet ready.
