Now that they are working on the outside portions of the building it will be great to watch this project progress.
 
Kind of small space between the beams and the building- Also, would have thought that there would have been a little more effort to do something a little more extravagant than some curved beams..Still progressing well..

I think we'll be surprised at how nice this one turns out.

I think it will be better from ground level than it may seem from the models/renderings. I still don't care for the exterior, but overall I have high expectations...the interiors look quite nice.
 
I think that standing on Dundas, looking up into that long gallery with the sculpture and the people inside it, and looking into the guts of the building below it at street level, will be very inviting. If we're lucky, the sculpture gallery may be a "big wow" space that equals the City Room.

The glass, the views inside - better than the aloof, moated Parkin that we had before, or the renovation that followed it.

It does appear that the reflective material reported earlier is not the final cladding.
