Reposting these great photos of Midtown Toronto here.

I usually see this one from the Eglinton and Don Mills Rd area. From that distance, the growth of this building makes Yonge-Eglinton look like a separate downtown. It is a more impressive cluster than the downtown skyline of, say, Winnipeg.

Agreed!

E Condos is just the beginning too. Soon there will be others joining it and expanding the skyline south.

Great shot, steveve! Even better with a little PhotoShopping:

Too much tone mapping. Hydro towers all have halos and the texture of the sky is ruined. I must say I prefer his original for its subtleties

Does it count as another Toronto skyline if I'm viewing it from Toronto?
From the CN Tower today:

Exceptional!
Is that actually a view of Niagara Falls, 72 kilometres distant? ......enlarged here:

Yup! Just yesterday, I had a similar view from a cliff in Scarborough. I think that was the first time I was able to see the towers of Niagara Falls from the ground in Toronto.

I feel the need to repost some of the brilliant photos taken recently in the Eau du Soleil Condos thread to showcase the impacts that development is having on the skyline of Humber Bay Shores.

You can definitely see the height difference widening.
