This project very nicely urbanizes that stretch of St. Clair.

Did Hydro ever properly explain why the Forest Hill to Russell Hill stretch (ish) didn't get underground wires like the rest of St Clair? Or were they just like "LOL who cares?" It really mars what was on the whole a very attractive rebuild of the whole street, east to west.
