I don't have a document that shows whether the brown woodgrain panels are an aluminum product, or a cementitious one, or…? Anyone know? They're adding some warmth (but tough call on the final effect until all of the finishes are applied).

It's a great product, from my experience it has been relatively cost effective and easy to install. Hoping to see more of it on projects in Toronto, it adds some much needed colour/variation to the standard window wall cladding.At little bit late, but I can answer that one. It's an aluminum siding/soffit product called "Longboard".

Completely agree! And the corner of St. Clair and Poplar Plains Road (NE corner) is such a wasted opportunity; this would've been a perfect location for some commercial space.This street level is atrocious.
