How many more suites for the same number of elevators?

When I lived in the little condo at Bloor and Sherbourne we had a plaque created for the entrance: "The Rosedale".

Hopefully the present owners got a few bucks from Gupta for the "name game"... I'll bet their reserve fund still desperately needs a few bucks.

You're right it is a very slow process ! Does anyone know why it is taking so long to get up to ground level ?
 
This may beat The One as the slowest construction site, and it doesn’t even have the excuse of being innovative (or attractive for that matter)
 
Modified variances were approved at the COA on Aug 28 that will allow 3 more storeys and 21 additional dwelling units, subject to a supplementary $200K contribution toward streetscape improvements.

What's the new height?

The initial application requested 5 additional floors, which resulted in the 192m height. The applicant later revised the project to have only 3 additional floors, as well as a reduction in the mechanical penthouse height by 1m.

This results in a 55 storey building with a height of 185.85m.
