This project is taking forever. A year and a half to go from construction start to crane?

I think mostly because Gupta is still trying to finish Dundas Garden across from the Grid. Will be interesting to see if Tridel Via Bloor towers a block east of this will complete faster than this.

It’s an L-shaped site. To the west of the lot (left of the picture), it does extend all the way to Selby St.

Guess I'm glad I dumped my condo at the (real or first) "Rosedale"... smallish tower at s/w Bloor/Sherbourne.
Had a huge n/s/w terrace view which I assume will now be a chipshot away from this big fella (bye bye views new owners, except Rosedale Valley). Might still be a good spot for peeking Toms -no binoculars needed). ;-)
