Toronto The Rosedale on Bloor | 185.92m | 55s | Gupta | Arcadis

Hey it's all good. I checked just to make sure. Plenty of towers have had revisions over the years... and it can also be a trick of perspective too.

Today. Directly across from The Selby.

The shear size of the Selby's northern and southern facades are very apparent when viewed from Bloor. Hopefully its views are preserved with this project.

Rosedale on Bloor looks pretty slim, although the tower will be taller than the Selby. No danger of the Selby being obscured when viewed from the south - it looms over James Cooper Mansion

I haven’t been super excited about this one even though I live close by, I was worried it would crowd the selby. I’m feeling more optimistic though. If you look in the renders it shows black mullions, and IBI has been on a roll, Dundas gardens which is the same team seems to be turning out ok, and I assume with a hotel component if anything they would have a bit better of a budget.
