No such thing as zero risk. Anyways, how is this different from any other tower being built?
Right. No major difference I guess. Just that it seems like there's so much more 'tinkering' needed around the existing structure because of this whole exoskeleton design. But you're right - trying to achieve 'zero risk' (in any kind of project) would most certainly result in crazy delays. I'm sure they've got everything figured out;). But if they need a guy who codes software for a living to offer them Civil Engineering advice, they know how to contact me if :).

I'll hold off on final judgement until we see how those mullions are going to be capped but I'm not terribly impressed so far...

going to agree with project end here. Hopefully I change my mind but I'm not very impressed. Are some of the mullions silver some black? or are they just not complete? Maybe when a larger pattern emerges I will be more impressed, but right now its looking like its going to be too much. Too busy... in a boring way.

Sigh. I wish they kept the original podium.

It's amazing how massive the steel is in person... Interesting that they are already cladding this building -- it seems early.

So... by switching to curtainwall, and using the external steel frames, I guess they have also technically increased the square footage of the office levels too.
