Square One is owned by Oxford. The article says it's a partnership with Ivanhoé Cambridge.

Does Ivanhoé Cambridge still own any malls in the GTA? Fairview Mall was co-owned between IC and CF, but now that CF slapped their initials on the mall's name, I wonder...

Toys r Us is still around. And now that the Canadian operation has been saved it will probably be safe.

I think HR2 shut down recently and is still empty. That's a fairly big space.

They have closed off SQ1 drive after the bus terminal and fenced off the northwest parking lot and removed all the lighting. Next phase?
