Maybe the Albany Club's interest in doing anything will diminish once the RCMI guys move back to Universtity. It was them telling the Albany Club "Hey, you can make loads of cash doing what we did!" that got the ball rolling in the first place.

The tore down everything, including the glass? Seems like some could've been salvaged.

Somehow I think Freed is more committed to speed, efficiency, and profit, than to sustainability, reuse/recycling, or donating materials to the ReStore. ;)

Count me as surprised they didn't dismantle the sales pavilion and re-use portions of it instead of just completely demolishing it in the span of a day. I can think of dozens of uses for all those materials.
