The renderings looked like a Cancun all-inclusive resort, but the build-out looks more residential. There isnt a building like this in the City. I'm looking forward to the cladding going onto the upper floors before I come to conclusions. This is going to be close to ten years from application to occupancy. I wonder if any of the TCHC tenants will actually come back after all this time?
