Et voila. First time seeing it in person — it is actually pretty close to being pretty good! There are some genuinely very nice moments; would have really benefitted from a KISS pass at the design, but overall kinda nice.

This community is a delight to take in. It feels European from many angles in terms of the attention to design details (e.g. a contemporary suburban community in a European urban centre).

It's safe to say that Tridel noticed all the comments about their buildings having boring architecture and made some improvements. I just wish there was more variation in the colour of the exterior cladding from building to building and some more investment in the landscaping.

The public pedestrian spaces along with the intertwinement with nature here is quite unique. It feels like a neat place to walk around and explore a bit, especially as the weather warms up.

Great photos.... a striking collection of buildings with some bold geometry. Surprisingly dense and compact for mid-rise somehow.... I'm enjoying the confidence of the expression. Might just have to get out to see this in person.
