They are standard on the upper floors, which are not being occupied yet. There were no upgrade options in the building.
 
The only upgrade options were for appliances which had to be handled directly through Appliances Canada, the supplier for the builder. The developer doesn't get involved.

Peachy, when's your occupancy if you don't mind me asking? Which floor are you on?
 
I have a rental unit in the lower half the building, with occupancy on Aug 23 like most of that half of the building. My own unit is nearer to the top - tentative occupancy date is early November, I think, but I'm not sure.

Are you moving in to RoCP as well?

The small spires are up on the west side of the building. I will take a few pictures tomorrow.

Noticed a smaller crane on top today. Construction crane is coming down.
