Agree although one could count on 2 hands the number of streets downtown with a quality public realm. Almost every street needs an overhaul.

Yep, exactly. It's pretty distinctive of Toronto. Many people might find it surprising that the public realm in many major US cities is far less shabby than our own.

Yes, but I believe the schedule is to complete utility relocations this summer with full construction beginning in 2020.
