Drop into the tent and say hello to Mr Angel,.... the big homeless "Grizzly Adam look-a-like" guy who was camped out under the hoardings for Yonge-Sheppard Centre on Yonge just north of Sheppard,... until he was kicked out a few weeks ago for blocking up the sidewalk,.... now back to his previous place (on private property) but now with a big tent

Of the 3 demo,.... corner store been empty for decades??? ShawarmaMax & HoneyFigs are now permanently closed,.... HoneyFig store still have a few house plants and counter in the store,...
 
Does anyone have any idea how this project is doing? Every time I go past the sales office it seems to be closed. Not sure how they are going to sell any condos that way.
 
Could this be the start? They are putting fencing around the old sales office and there are workers inside. Looks like demolition of that at least is about to begin.

That sales office has a number of "wings",.... The centre and northern wing are part of original structure on site (facing south to SpringGarden).

When it became "temporary" sales office, they added south wing along with a western wing for sales office entrance-reception area. Sales office for various Conservatory Group projects in North York Centre including original Pearl and Platnum towers,... At 20 years probably longest served "temporary" sales office in TO
 
Demolition of sale office finished last month,….

They recently took out the wooden patio fences in front of former ShawarmaMax & yellow night club next to it,... looks to be getting ready to demolish soon.

Hoardings are up,.... it's Demolition Time For Aura!!! (wow, even the thought was pleasurable!)

Well, demolition for the former Aura Lounge Dance & Nightclub on 2nd floor, ShawarmaMax, Honey Fig, etc,.... at 4971, 4973 & 4975 Yonge St in North York.
