The design is heavy handed and banal. I could forgive the tower as background filler, but the podium doesn't look very interesting to walk by at all.

The above rendering is missing the public art at northwest corner of site - right at Yonge and Hollywood ave. They’re installing the public art now, the open plaza space will have seating and red flower planters
