I have no hope for this area let along the city core based on what been built there now.
 
The first wave of new owners are schedule to start moving in on Oct 1st.

The street is partly open to allow owners to get to the customer service area in the new building. The sidewalk and landscaping is done only on the street area at the based of the building, but not open yet to the public.

New layover bays and curve are pour on the north side of the north street for this building.

The road to the west of the building has been pour and sub asphalted, but missing curves.

There is changes coming to this area to the point that Planning and Development Committee will hear the plan on Oct 15 about relocating density and changing zoning classification for the lands.

Various Public Open Space H-CCOS will come Mixed Use H-CC4-5, as well adding the New Sq One Dr. This includes H-CCOS and CC4 zoning as well.

The new Sq One Dr will connect to Rathburn Rd at the traffic lights at Elora Dr and that has been on the books for years before this development came along.
