Nope - 1st tower is 36 storeys (topped out), 2nd is 45 storeys (currently at about 30S), and the 3rd one will be 36 storeys (now just above grade)...

Even at 45 stories, it will appear almost level with Absolute, since it's on a higher elevation to begin with. From the west, it will appear taller for sure.

One only needs to look at how One Park compares to the Absolute towers, since the 45s tower(139m/456ft) will be almost the same height and elevation as One Park(142m/466ft).

I've been hearing rumblings that MLSE is looking at opening up their 2nd Real Sports Bar & Grill in Mississauga, and that Parkside is a locale they are looking at. I don't know how much truth there is to it, but I would be absolutely thrilled!

I heard the same. My friend's step-son works for MLSE and he's heard the same rumours about a Mississauga location. I believe they are opening one in Ottawa as well near By-ward Market.

It would be nice if a Real Sports could be an anchor to some development on the SW side of the mall, where the "DT 21" is going to fill in. Another pair of MLSE condo towers with an RS at the street level, a hotel in part of one tower, along with an urban Longos would be perfect considering the eventual in-fill in the area.
