Toronto Pace Condos | 146.3m | 42s | Great Gulf | Diamond Schmitt

Turning out to be a very great addition to the area! Great Gulf seems to always have pretty high quality towers.

It's not really working for me. There's some really unfortunate spandrel panels.

The walk to Smokes is becoming more exciting as this tower rises.

This one is going to feel really tall when it's done, because there's nothing immediately around it near that height. 11-12 more floors to go plus mechanical.

It's virtually indistinguishable from so much of what's going up these days. Unfortunate.

It's hilarious that the website pushes phrases like "Boring is not on the menu", when the inside, outside, and the floorplans are nothing new, creative, or special in any way.

Still, should be a nice addition if built well.

Unfortunately the vast majority of residential development in Toronto is propped up by creative marketing more than inventive or creative architecture.

But certainly different for this neighbourhood.
