The top looks like Charlie on King, the base looks like it could be okay. I really hope that the retail component doesn't just turn into a starbucks/bank/nail salon/subway/dry cleaner. But this looks really elegant for this area. Looking forward to it!

Yeah but shouldn't we have a little higher expectations than that? The population on the east side is growing and hopefully will be able to support better retail. We need to up our expectations and demand better.
