Given its location, this project really seems to be flying under the rader here, but I could see it becoming the catalyst for the development of the entire neighbourhood east of Yonge between Dundas and Queen. It's also satisfying knowing that we're all but guaranteed to get Charlie-level quality and execution here.

I was walking past Tableau a month or 2 ago, and they had one with the treads a good 3 feet over the edge. It really does seem insane doesn't it?

That's unfortunate.. Most modern construction projects here in North America have a very good safety record.
