Nope, just the brightness and 'idea' of lights. The city feels it really got burned at Aura and is very touchy when it comes to lights nowadays.

Most of the new buildings I saw in Montreal a few years back did. Same in New York. Too easy to sell in Toronto so why bother with something better?

Nicely designed retail building.
The building recedes from the sidewalk allowing the heritage blocks to dominate.
The gray spandrel band at the top nicely mimics the archtraves on the heritage buildings, with a roof line that stays below the base of the pediments of the heritage buildings. The curved glass at the corner also relates to the columns on the heritage buildings, and the sharp angle ties it to the tower's podium above.
