Toronto First Canadian Place Rejuvenation | 298.08m | 72s | Brookfield | MdeAS Architects

It looks that good and they haven't even had the chance to clean the windows or new glazing since they started, so many months ago. Imagine how gleaming and sparkling white this tower will be when they first wash it!

The future's so bright, I gotta wear shades!

Your picture captures what I noticed the other day - the re-clad section reflects the sky, and doesn't stand out as much as the "white" original cladding did. The Bay Adelaide tower also does a fine job of reflecting the changing sky and clouds.

As per the monitor in the FCP lobby, we are now to the 40th floor. Pace seems to have quickened in the last month or so.

simply amazing ^^^ now that we're basically at the half way mark, this thing looks darn awkward haha!

this could go down as one of the best skyscraper re-clad's ever (globally)

The photos above showing half of the re-clad are really impressive. The green TD Canada Trust logo atop Brookfield Place reflects off of the east side of First Canadian Place at night, which it never did before. Would they not be cleaning this as they move down or wait to clean it all once it's complete? If it's yet to be cleaned this thing is really going to shine.
