Found this on the East Harbour website, and it seems to be a tad more refined-looking than previous renderings.

Interesting they roughed in Villiers Island somewhat too.

If they intend to sell the site as a place to be, they'd be crazy not to...

The Relief Line construction will require its demolition if you look at the EA. The BMW building isn't long for this world.

Hrm, I thought its demolition was more to do with the flood protection land-form they have to build along the river in order to build on the Unilever and BMW sites.

Walked by there today. There was a circle of concrete shoring piles 20 or 30 metres across that had been constructed.
