… Port Lands as well: everything south of Lake Shore across from East Harbour is just a little more than speculative at this point too, and a relatively long ways off in the future.

The Relief Line construction will require its demolition if you look at the EA. The BMW building isn't long for this world.

Hrm, I thought its demolition was more to do with the flood protection land-form they have to build along the river in order to build on the Unilever and BMW sites.

Fine, but it may be less helpful, point being people should not start expecting the area's buildings to look like that.
