Given they've been consistently about 10-12 floors behind the top of the core and are now closing that number, I'd say they're on track. It's pretty typical for steel to lag behind the core-work for a steel construction. There's also been some natural lulls when they get to set-backs.Care to elaborate? I very well could be wrong.
