Not sure I get a Beverly Hills vibe at 16th and Yonge in Richmond Hill but photos from today.

Having started construction in mid-2013, Beverly Hills condo sure is taking a longgggg time ... passing by the site yesterday it looks like they have finally (just) reached ground, but it appears all 4 buildings are being built at the same time

Renderings and Site Plan from the website possibly suggest only 4 towers are now pursued for this site @ 24+20+11+11s :

Not much can truly prepare you for the agony. How far Northgrave have fallen. Paul's buildings in the 80's were actually very handsome - Toronto's own Davis Brody Bond in a way.
