An Art Condo thread... Woot. Well I bought one of the 2 bedroom units. Like the building and area. Am liking the marketing of the property with the blog. The sales centre is closed so lets hope that they start the demo soon!

It would have been neat if they could have preserved the original building but I doubt that would have been realistic. It was not maintained well. Sorta reminds me of the building south of Corktown Phase I...

Anyone know anything about the timing of the Edge condo that's between ART and Westside Gallery Lofts?

All I know is this area is rapidly becoming the Artless neighbourhood.... Once Propellor and perhaps KM leaves for Dundas West, it's over.

Oh and Edge is apparently selling like hotcakes--tower one is gone to mostly Asian investors; tower two the same?

I can't wait til they have a sidewalk on Sudbury anywhere past Dovercourt. The part by 99 Sudbury is usually parked over. And they should get a stop sign or roundabout (?!) at the Y-shaped intersection.
