Probably the most important thing this project does is that it refreshes the ground plane of the block.

I am fairly certain this is 48 floors now. There was a notice posted at one point during the summer that said there was a floor increase.

Perhaps it did not go through. I look forward to Freshco.

I actually think it's obstructing the better half of Aura, the curved section of the building and its skyline presence. Thankfully the lighting should still be visible at night.
