- there's a nice open space right where the crane sits. Would make for a killer duplex.

Have to wait for the podium. Tower is OK, I don't like tat grey streak running down the side.

You probably mean north of it, and no. A tighter than normal separation was allowed here because there are no suites facing south in the 565 Sherbourne tower, so no privacy issues to deal with. That said, I'm not sure I'd like a north-facing suite in 561: that ugly south wall of 565 is pretty close.

There has been a noticeable 'whistle' around this building over the past few weeks when it gets windy. It's quite constant at times. I wonder if it has anything to do with how close the two towers are to each other. I thought the sound would go away as the envelope closed up, but so far no change.
