Aside from having the same lead tenant, there's absolutely no relation between that development and ours, so I'm not sure there's anything to lament. Cheer up!

Looks like a neat building but has nothing to do with PwC here in Canada or the general office market in Toronto.

The exterior concrete work of the structure looks beautiful on site. From the photo of the project on the hoarding, you'll be able to see the ceiling's exposed concrete through the glass. Very impressive.

It's still a building that PWC chose to go with in London, just as they chose this building as their office in Toronto.

Don't get me wrong! I like ours, and I think it will look good, I just think that one looks better. Although to be fair, I'll have to wait until ours is complete like that one to say for sure. That one in London reminds me of a shorter Royal Bank Plaza with different coloured glass.
