Can a "Tickle Me Rob" doll be too far off? Just in time for Valentine's Day.
Why do we have to debate low blows against Ford? I'm pretty sure he has provided enough evidence of poor character that there ought not to be any standards or boundaries for commentary on the subject of Rob Ford. While I'm of the opinion that Ford demonstrated his character well enough prior to becoming mayor to have said the same thing then, it MUST now be beyond question that one should have free licence to use this thread for speculation about Ford perpetrating the most unimaginable horrors and to fantasize about the timing and mode of the thing that causes his last disgusting breath to actually be his last. He is, literally, a pile of toxic bones, tissue and failing organs, infused with stupidity and contempt for goodness and wrapped in sweaty, chameleonesque, overstretched skin. For the good of humanity, his death cannot come fast enough. That is not a knock on other unhealthy people, or people whose skin colour criss-crosses the beige-pink part of the spectrum. That is not an inappropriate sentiment about a public figure I happen to dislike. To paraphrase Rafa Benitez, "That is fact! Fact!"
Any idea who created this?

This was a good 'attack ad' until it pinned the high unemployment rate on Ford. Just as any argument that lauds Ford's 'job creation' record demonstrates a grossly oversimplified view of how the economy works, so too does any attack ad that criticizes him for rising unemployment.
There are thousands of legitimate ways to illustrate Ford's utter incompetence, turning his flawed logic back on himself is not one of them.
Wasn't Ford claiming to have LOWERED the employment rate? Just a few weeks ago? I get your point, no political leader has control over job creation (other than by actually creating new government jobs) but I think this was just to contrast his claim. As far as oversimplified views of how the economy works, one only has to look to Council's Budget Debate. Many stunning examples, and these people are paid to know better.
You are correct on all fronts, but my point is this: Playing to the absolute lowest common denominator is what got us into this mess to begin with. The solution to misinformed publics is not more misinformation
Not sure if that needs a Popinfresh sound effect or poor Ned Beatty squealing like a pig.

Was Di Giorgio having another ether-induced hallucination?
