Good internet sleuthing! The question is did Darrius T. Heaven (featured in the mug shot) live at this address in 2006? Given the dates of his arrest records it is probably safe to say that he did not.

I suspect that a sales representative for DECO lived at this modest duplex rental property some time after Darrius Heaven. Using the Wayback machine I see this Florida address was listed on the DECO website as far back as 2004*. Also listed at that time were residential addresses in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Again I suspect these were sales reps working for the Fords out of their homes. It makes sense to have sales reps scattered around the country to drum up business from the local consumer package goods manufacturers. CPG manufacturers seem to be the bread and butter for DECO labs.

I think this is one mystery we can put to rest.

I keep wondering if Darrius T. Heaven is actually an anagram, and that if we solve it it would provide the smoking gun evidence on this whole thing. No? Bah, real life is no fun sometimes.

Somehow I doubt insomnia had anything to do with your reasons for doing your snooping.

CowboyLogic was posting in a way that smelled fishy to some posters on here and was called out for it. I have to be honest, my hunch is that both you and evvabeing also have more to do with the Rob Ford story than simply being bystanders. Both of you are new to the forum and EVERY SINGLE POST that either of you has made has been in THIS THREAD ONLY, conveniently placing little tidbits and links out there to lead people the way you want them to go.

Axes to grind, members of the media, connected to someone at city hall... now sure which, but my spidey senses are tingling.
 
probably more to do with the fact that this thread has gained a bit of notoriety as the go t ospot to discuss our oh-so-wonderful mayor. Many people are probably joining UT just to post about Ford, and have no interest about the other items this forum covers. (development)

Haha, I see what you're saying, but I'm honestly just an interested observer. Very much interested, which is why I got an account and started posting here. I do like a lot of the other stuff on this site, though, so perhaps I should spread my wings a bit.

I did used to blog extensively about stuff that resembled (or seemed to resemble) some of the aspects of this story, which is maybe why I'm so hooked on it. I stopped the blogging stuff when the heat was turned on me to a very dangerous degree. I try not to engage here for that reason, but I can't help myself sometimes :)

I would expect to see more people on this thread though. I rekon that there are only 15 or so "dedicated" posters on this thread.

That's entirely possible, insertnamehere, but doesn't mean my suspicions are wrong. The fact that this place IS a good place to talk about Ford makes it exactly the kind of place to drop clues or steer opinions. If there were people who did have this kind of info and connections then of course we would want them here sharing, but we have no history to go on in terms of accuracy, agenda, etc... I can't be the only one to have noticed or raised an eyebrow?

I'd hold off on accusing people of being political operatives just because they only post in this thread. Political controversy drives up membership. I know when I joined in 2010 it was mostly because this was a place where people were venting about Ford during the election. It was only after that that I discovered the rest of the great stuff on here.
 
If I was still running my blog, Marko would be bang-on. But those days for me are over. Having said that, I can see how I come off still as being that guy. What I'm saying is that his instincts are sound.

great sleuthing, i agree... but just because the archive says 2006, that doesn't mean it couldn't have been deco location before that. i think to know for sure, we would need to know what was at that location in 2002.
